Bresara Window Cleaning seeks reliable, motivated individuals to join our team as Seasonal Window Cleaners for the upcoming season. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in high‑quality work. Training & equipment provided.
No experience required. We will train you.
What We Offer
- Training Wage: $18/hour
- Post‑Training Wage: $20/hour upon successful completion of training
- Experienced Window Cleaners: Start at $22/hour
- Season Length: May to mid-August (with potential extension through October)
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (approx. 40 hours/week)
- Optional Weekend Work: Additional hours available from time to time
- Equipment & Uniform Supplied
Responsibilities
- Clean interior and exterior windows for residential and commercial clients
- Safely use ladders, tools, and cleaning equipment
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Work independently and manage time efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment
Requirements
- Physically fit; able to lift 50 lbs
- Able to use an ipad app, read job instructions, and
- Comfortable with heights and climbing ladders
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a pick-up truck or van
- Able to work independently
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Must be a resident of Winnipeg, Manitoba or moving to Winnipeg for the work season
Assets (Not required but beneficial)
- Experience in team sports or activities requiring physical coordination
- Prior customer service experience
